Cancellation by Member
- For evening and one-day events, provided you give Nar-Club more than seven days’ notice (including weekends and public holidays), you will receive a full refund in the form of a credit note with a minimum fee of €3 (unless otherwise stated in the event description), less a cancellation fee of 20% of the event cost or loss of deposit (whichever is lower). If the total cost of the event is less than €3, a 100% fee will be paid. Credit notes are valid for twelve months and can only be used for Nar-Club events, weekends and holidays.
- For ticketed events (theater, concerts, etc.), events are non-refundable unless Nar-Club is able to resell your seat. If we are able to resell your ticket, you will receive a full refund in the form of a credit note less a cancellation fee of 20% of the event fee. Credit notes are valid for twelve months and can only be used for Nar-Club events, weekends and holidays.
- For overnight events and events costing €100 or more, you will receive a full refund as a credit note less a cancellation fee of 20% of the cost of the event or the loss of your deposit (whichever is lower), unless the balance payment dates differ in the event post, provided you give us more than 28 days’ notice (including weekends and public holidays). Please note that overseas travel, which has separate holiday terms and conditions, is not covered. Credit notes are valid for twelve months and can only be used for Nar-Club events, weekends and holidays.
- Generally, where cancellation is received within the cancellation period before an event, you will forfeit all monies paid (and you will also be liable for any balance) unless we are able to replace you. If you do not attend an event without contacting us, you will automatically forfeit all monies paid and will be liable for any balance. It is recommended that all cancellations are made in writing and you are advised to assume that your booking stands until you receive written confirmation of your cancellation.
Canceled by Nar-Club
In the event that Nar-Club has to cancel a daytime or evening event, we will try to give at least 24 hours notice before the event starts. For weekend events, we will aim to give seven days’ notice in advance, unless it is beyond Nar-Club’s control. In the event that Nar-Club cancels any event, this amount will be refunded to you in full unless it is less than €25, in which case it will be credited to your online account.
Vacations and Trips Abroad
For holidays lasting more than three nights or organized outside Turkey, cancellation is made according to the terms and conditions of the tour operator shown opposite the relevant event on the Nar-Club website.
Payments
All event payments must be made in full at the time of booking the event, unless otherwise stated in the event description. Late payment or non-payment of the event balance may result in your place at the event being canceled. In this case, you will forfeit all monies paid and will also be liable for any balance due. If vouchers are used for any part of the payment, there are additional conditions that apply.
Complaints
Complaints should first be made to your local coordinator by phone or in writing. If you want a written response, you should follow up your spoken complaints in writing. Complaints should then be sent to Nar-Club.
